"Worst experience of my chick fil a eating career. The drive thru team could not by pass the cars in an efficient manner and was an entire conundrum from the beginning. Once my order was placed there was mass confusion on the order of the line. Then i finally get my order and half of it is wrong, there is no sauce, and i was charged for a deluxe when i just wanted the regular spicy. Preposterous."
"The quality of food has gone downhill. I believe they went out of their way to make my food undesirable because of a request I made while ordering. Found a peice of foreign material on my sandwich, the chicken was chewy and the fries were very under cooked."
"I have been to this location easily 50+ times in the last few years and it is getting consistently worse. More and more understaffed. Longer wait times. You can now only order on a touchscreen or the BYU app which lack customizability like removing the cherry from milk shakes. On my last visit it took 20 minutes for me to get a milkshake which was completely soup by the time I got it. They wouldn’t remake it and they had no spoons. I’d recommend against eating at this location."

"Other fast food chains have came out with breaded gluten free items. My daughter and I ordered GF chicken sandwich. We received our order, the GF bun is packed separately and the chicken w/toppings in a cup. I was happy to see CF was on board w/breaded GF sandwich like the other fast food chains… This was NOT GF..,. I can’t understand, why would someone order a gluten-free chicken sandwich meal and still get gluten on the chicken??"
"Healthy selections available. All the locations need a smaller coffee maker, because they don't like to brew coffee after 11:00 a.m. Would be nice to hear the lyrics, vocals, once in a while, to the nice selection of music;"
"They threw my food away after I'd been waiting for AN HOUR. LITERALLY just because I'd gone to a seat (because I'd been waiting for an hour), they never called my name so when I went to ask, they said they'd just trashed it because they were too backed up and couldn't give me my food. Absolutely awful attitude as well."

"Chick-fil-A is a great addition to Lander University! It has a full menu, unlike airport or hospital locations, however, they don't take orders or payments from the Chick-fil-A app. You can use your Bearcat bucks to pay for your food but you must have your ID card (not your phone ID). The food is exactly what you expect from a Chick-fil-A and the service is relatively quick.
