"Terrible service even worse customer service. After waiting 30 mins for my food, a simple plate of calamari, it comes out to me cold! The waitress takes the plate back to the kitchen comes back asking if I just wanted to take it off my check or warm the plate up since she didn 't think I 'd want to wait around for another batch to be made. After talking to the manager, Daniel, he offers nothing at all to save the experience here. Instead, he has an attitude like im irritating him. I 'm not looking for free food, but the least you could have done was comp my $10 drink. I like the calamari here, but I 'll never come to this location again!"
