"I went to get some food to go from this place. I stood there waiting for about ten minutes to place my order but no one would come over; they acted like I was a statue and would walk around me rather than help. Anyways, I showed the owner the coupon I had which was buy one meal get the second free. She said she would not accept it even though there were no conditions on it other than placing an order Monday-Friday. I’ve never seen any restaurant do this before- to not accept a perfectly valid coupon. Truthfully, I should’ve left then but I decided to at least try the food. It took forty minutes for Efe’s to prepare a simple to go order and the waitress didn’t even say a word to me when the meal was ready. She handed me the food and a bill. No thanks for waiting, no thank you. Frankly, I don’t even know how this place stays in business. They’ve a lousy location, incredibly rude and slow service, and okay food at best-which is very overpriced. All the glowing reviews must be from family and friends. I would avoid this place like the plague!"
