"My wife and I first stopped by while returning from the Pyrofest and, after experiencing 30 minute wait times at a couple of breakfast spots in Independence decided to come to this place much closer to our own neighborhood. We are glad we did! Upon entering we were told to seat ourselves! Yay..! No wait! Coffee and water were there within 5 minutes and we were eating good breakfast fare within 15 minutes! The servers are excellent and move with good efficiency while being friendly and courteous. We have been back once since then and the service has remained pleasantly consistent! We don't know how long this well-kept secret breakfast spot will last, but we highly recommend it. If this excellent service continues, which I'm sure it will, there may well be a line out the door when you get here! Absolutely love it!"
