"deccan flavor is an elegant Indian restaurant that is difficult to find despite the so many possibilities in nj. it is a place for a special day. eating was delicious, drinks were good and strong, the staff was great. notes that it is busy, would suggest a reservation for larger parties. the only thing that came out of a dessert-cake was a bit frozen, they were happy to take it out of the shook, which was nice. the waiting staff serves her eating in her teller - not a fan of it so she asked to leave it on the table. this was the 2nd time, and they are not disappointed. define a place for us to go for special occasion, as it is a bit expensive."

"Wonderful place for your midnight momo cravings! We went in at about 11:45pm or so and the place was still bustling with people. The service was friendly. We got titanic (jhol) monos which was amazing. Tandoori momos- great flavor and they were a little crisp and on a bed of chowmein, and a side of veg chowmein which was delicious, not so oily and flavorful"

"We enjoyed this restaurant for years, but sadly the quality has fallen off dramatically the last few orders. The lamb is now quite tough and chewy, and some of the other food tastes like it's well past expiration. Tonight it seemed like our whole meal had been sitting out for more than a day. The staff have been apologetic each time we mention it, but they nonetheless seem uninterested in doing anything to rectify the situation for us in practical terms. We'll be looking elsewhere from now on."

"First time here. We were greeted immediately and seated in a booth. There was a TV on the far wall that was playing what I guess were Indian hit videos. There is an extensive menu that includes a veg or non veg Thali platter, which is not something I see at most Indian restaurants here. We opted for the Dal Tadka, Aloo Matar, garlic Naan, Masala Chai and a Mango Lassi. The chai can be ordered sweet with milk or without sweetener and milk, as you like. It was excellent without either. The Mango lassi was a little sweet for our taste but they usually are it was still really good. But the star of the evening was the food. The Aloo Matar was a platter full of peas with some potato accompaniment, all really tasty. The peas were very firm but not undercooked so we wondered if maybe they use fresh peas and we're just not used to the texture. The Dal was fantastic, especially with the garlic naan. We wanted to try their rice pudding but had eaten ourself full so there was no room. We'll be certain to leave some room for dessert the next time we're here!"

"This is a lovely little restaurant located in the Brickyard Center. They offer a lunch buffet with 2 vegan entrees, as well as salads, soups, rice, and naan. The menu has a good selection of vegan options, making it easy to choose. We tried the samosas, vegetable curry, and bread pot, all of which were delicious. "This is, hands down, the best Indian food in a 100 mile radius. We had the lamb coconut korma, chicken tika masala, goat biriyani and cheese naan. Holy goodness! "I have been eating food at Tabla for almost more than 5 years now. The quality of food is just amazing. I have never seen any compromise in the quality of food. Firstly I found all of their biryanis are really great. Secondly, I also enjoyed their Chhole bature, Pav bhaaji and Mysore Masala dosa. Recently I tried their paneer tikka masala, that was too good.
