"Great staff. The manager was cute and the whole staff seem to get along really good. The sandwiches were excellent and just what I wanted. Certainly a better experience than the Arby's in Lakeland. (Hint hint stay away from that one at least if you go to the Arby's in Lakeland don't go through the drive thru or have doordash deliver your food. You won't get what you ordered. Better to walk in the store. Anyway back to this Arby's, the manager and staff were excellent and help me download the app to get an extra sandwich for free.. at first they didn't want to touch my phone but one of the staff did and we all began giggling and getting each other about protocol and rules. Oops. Great staff and I'll go back whenever I can :"

"Burger was good, but I ordered a bacon Burger meal with pickles, mustard and ketchup and ended with a burger without toppings and no bacon. For a $12 Burger meal, I definitely expected my toppings. I guess I can have it up to 4 stars, but since there were no spices in my bag, I felt either 3 stars appropriate."

"I just moved back to the area after 12 years. I've been here three times since I came back. the evaluation igive her food is a 5 but her service leaves a ton to be desired! I was only able to order food on my 2nd visit - I was the 2nd car in the drive was waiting in line at 25min before I was in the window. on my first 3rd visit I arrived at 8:30 a.m. and see people in the work, no signs of closing early, so I go to order at the drive thru and was said oh, we are closed because we are shorthand. now, arby 's the rest of the world puts signs up everywhere stating this or they work their assigned hours! if the companies are shorthanded, all in the pitches in does the work of 2 person covers! did they wash the thing or they did it!"

"I came by to eat. was slow. workers were outside on the side entrance smoking something with a tusk that obviously tweaking. after a few minutes the employee and tweaker went back to the locked lobby. about 5 minutes later, the employee opened the front entrance and left the tweaker with a soda and a Bye girl. line finally said how we watched the tweaker dance and gyrate to the tankstelle while she had talks with imaginary friends. fries was cold. sandwich was so creepy that I couldn't pick it up. that came with entertainment. at least this time they were not out of the roast meat."

"Have not been in years. Thought I would try thier advertised fish sandwich. They did not have any fish. No fish sandwiches. Guess maybe that's why I never go there. To advertise something and then not have it available. That is baiting a customer .. old switch a roo. Well. Thought I would give it another try and see if they have fish sandwiches. They had fish!!! And I must say that is was a very good sandwich. Good size piece of fish which was fried fresh. Great service. Also the root beer floats are great."

"Arby's seems to have been rejuvenated. The new establishment is a standout. The Market Fresh turkey and Swiss sandwich bears no resemblance to the old Arby's. The sandwich was delicious, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and organized. The bathrooms were spotless! Overall, a winner. They used to be just another run-of-the-mill food joint, but now they've added something extra and it's paying off. And yes, we may have taken the bell."

"my kid loves the buffalo chicken sandwich; apparently its a dope samny. "There needs to be some training on customer service here. ? The young lady who waited on us seemed uninterested. My husband had cold fries, went up to get curly fries instead. They were cold, also. When he went up a third time, they made fresh ones and interacted with the manager.
