When we called the restaurant (the only contact made available), the first person hanged on us after hearing about our problem. When I called back, another person asked that we bring our complaint directly into their delivery service (either no contact available), and refused to encourage us for the undeniable food. We will charge the fees with our credit card company. Upshot: Yang Chow wants your money, and it doesn't matter how they get it. In response to the owner, we contacted the third party, and they said Yang Chow has to refund us directly. I sat on the phone while the representative named Yang Chow, and Yang Chow refused to process the refund as their manager was 't there. If you go to the Rushable website, it is expressly mentioned that the restaurant itself needs to process refunds. In addition, after 9am we received a confirmation from the restaurant for our order, which should arrive at 6:10am.
