"My husband and I were visiting Wausau, WI and stopped in based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! Its a friendly little bar that is exactly what you want visiting Wisconsin. You walk in and order your food- you sit at the bar and chat while waiting for your food. They put your food at a table and send you over to eat. Everything was wonderful, fresh and fun. Appetizers were cheap but we had so much food that we didn't need to order them. The fried mushrooms and clams were perfect. We ordered the fried and baked cod combo and the 4 piece chicken. It was fantastic and came with 2 sides- we tried all of their potatoes- 2 types of potato salad, fries and the baked potato. We were not able to finish our food there was so much to eat. Staff works together as a team on Fridays and splits the tips- so they were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Everything was under $40 which is amazing... Highly recommend. If you want something, absolutely get the baked cod and baked potato... if you're there for everything friend- they do not disappoint. Great Wisconsin immersion experience ;"
