"Food arrived cold, buns were undercooked. They refuse to follow simple requests. I asked for extra sauce, they gave me a small container. The normal one they give usually isn’t enough and they cut it down a quarter. Very disappointed today"

"Nope. The amount of oil and fat was absolutely disgusting. The bag was dripping oil. It has no flavor other than oil. I feel like I ate oil for lunch. I could only eat 2 or 3 pieces and it was sickening."
