"The rating is for the food, not the service...they were under staffed and the service I received showed it. I got an apology but when you serve food and drink, silverware, napkins and a straw should be the norm. Food got cold while waiting for server to check on me. By that time I didn't ask for utensils, just wanted a to go box. She came back with two, one had greasy fingerprints inside and remnants of food. The other had an ink pen inside. Okay soooo, during a pandemic I definitely don't want food boxes that have touched by several people and no one noticed it wasn't clean? It already had someone's order written on it. Pretty sure I won't be going back."
