"We had to wait almost 2 hours. Most dishes were delicious. The prices were too high. There was a beautiful view of the sunset. This made for some beautiful photo possibilities. My only complaint was that the fried oysters bite. My wife has the feast of Peace Fisherman. It cost over $35 and had the amount of food a $20 dish would have in other places. My wife gets fried oysters in every fish restaurant we've ever been. They're their favorite. She knows how to cook and how to taste. They were seasoned, but not seasoned. They were so tiny that they could hardly taste the meat themselves. She usually tasted the crust. When she asked the waitress and later the manager about it, she was told that when cooking the oysters will shrink in size. We're from Louisiana, where seafood prevails. Oysters do not shrink when they are fried. The manager was friendly enough to get her even more oysters; That was nice of him."

"Food and drinks were good, nothing special. Crab claw was tiny. Biggest issue was terrible service where bartender would forget we existed, walk right past us to the people to either side of us. Unless I said excuse me and raised my hand nobody would have asked us a thing. I get this was the last night of the place and guessing a lot of regulars they were pandering to, but just make it a private event then. Speaking of regulars, bunch of people acting important and invading others personal space. Lady next to us tossed one of her 3 napkins over where my wife's app plate was. I got elbow of rude lady next to me where they squeezed 4 idiots in a space for 2 for some reason. Plenty of tables available, which for some reason we didn't get sat at, and yet they packed the bar seats. Glad to see the place close its doors, hopefully something better takes over"

"Cozy and vibrant wine bar. Definitely great for a second date or spot to have a drink and kill some time.The host and staff were super nice and flexible even though we told them we were just killing our time before our parking ended and it was cold outside.We had a long list of wines to go through and got cozied up and drank. Some great selections of domestic beers. Will be back again, unfortunately did not try the food but it sounded very nice."

"Wonderful food and beautiful large outdoor terrace. Many rooms inside and outside. We went for lunch and I had the Mahi Mahi Special and my husband had the Grouper Special. They were both excellently cooked to perfection. Staff are friendly and they have many parking lots as the downtown Lakewood Ranch."

"It was our first time at Jamieson's and we were here for the 5lb Burger Challenge. I was doing the challenge, and my family came along to watch. The staff was really into it and really paid attention to what my wife and son needed. The good really was great, even though I did not complete the challenge. I'll definitely be going back to check out the great beer list and the unique Irish inspired dishes. My wife did have the Scotch Eggs and Irish poutine and said they were great. "This was the best meal we had during our recent stay in San Antnio. It was a bit pricey but we did order drinks and some of the higher priced entrees. Both the Kale and Endive salads were excellent. "My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here, and we were absolutely amazed. The food, the wine and especially the people were incredible. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and nice. The employees have all signed us an anniversary card and everyone wishes us a happy anniversary. We both ordered the steak, and it was the best steak we had in the last memory. "Surprised I didn't review this place sooner! It's a really nice cafe. Not too bright, so it has really dinette lighting so you can have some deep conversations with friends. What's interesting is there are A LOT of people here, but that still doesn't mean it's super noisy somehow. Nice mix of grandparents taking their grandkids, and young couples here. "The drinks were not only beautiful but they were perfectly proportioned. Not too strong, not watered down garnished with lovely flowers. The appetizers were on another level, the wings (especially the pickles with the wings), deviled eggs, and CORN BREAD were fantastic. We all left with a loaf of corn bread and butter. They were THAT good. Our waitresses were so helpful with recommendations and very attentive to our table. We even had Sue come over and chat us up a bit, about the restaurant and her favorite dishes. She was fun and a very warm welcoming person, loved it. The dishes were well proportioned, seasoned nicely and very filling. An overall 10 out of 10. We are definitely going back."

Today my husband and I went to brunch to celebrate our anniversary that I mentioned before the time when I made the reservation. At sitting we wanted a happy anniversary and after we paid, they sent the most delicious brownie, it was so beautiful! Your menu changes from time to time, but be sure to deliver Chef Matt ALWAYS. Today we had the temples and berry salad, the Barbacoa Benedict, the mushroom Benedict and the Lox and Bagel. I recommend any of these options!"

Absolutely amazing and perfectly cooked and beautiful presentation. 5/5 I will then think about this meal for hours. We had the paté for our appetizers. For our main course we had the Halibut and the Lamb. For dessert... the toffee sticky pudding (which was amazing)"
