"I booked a room in January for a one night stay for a concert in August (8/1). I also arranged for a meal for us at Twenty. We got a call 2 days before that there was a mechanical issue at Twenty and they canceled our reservation. I know they can't help it, but pretty much ruined our plans. We stopped at a restaurant between our home the Inn because restaurants within walking distance of Honeywell are always very busy. My partner has health issues I was striving to plan everything close together. Secondly, when we arrived, I waited 15 minutes to be helped at check-in. I ended up calling the Inn to get someone's attention. If the woman who checked me out on Friday morning hadn't been so great, I'd have rated this lower. I will give them a second chance. The room amenities are very nice. I think we just hit it on a bad day."
