"I tried eating here tonight, but the guy who worked there said that I had to use their pen to mark my selection on a little bag. I was confused. I was the only customer there, and I asked if I could just tell him what I wanted. He said no, and that I had to use the pen. There was no way I was going to touch some gross pen before eating my sandwich. Why would they make their customers do this? It's disgusting."
