"I wish I could select zero stars and be able to post a review.I am a local Bethpage resident and have been a regular customer for many, many years.I will never, ever step foot in there again.I know why businessed put up a sign that there is a minimum total to use a credit card, despite this being against NYS and federal law. Credit card fees are a percentage of the total, so it' not like it costs any more to run a charge for less than $10.It's Father's Day, 7:30am and I am alone on ny way to work. Just wanted a bagel and a Yoo-Hoo. $5.33. The cashier pointed out the $10 minimum sign, so I grabbed another Yoo-Hoo. Now we're at $7 something. I don't need anything else. Asked his boss I'd they could make an exception. A very hard NO!I understand that a bagel store isn't the most customer service oriented industry, but the owner should know they lost a customer over $2 of a credit card sale.I don't see how that is worth it.Thank God I don't run a business that way!"
