"The restaurant appeared to be terribly understaffed. Our party gathered at the bar in the front of the restaurant and spent the first 30-40 minutes waiting for other people in our party. We were never offered drinks. We asked for drinks a couple times, but the servers were too busy and never got back to us. The restaurant was only 1/3 full at the time. The server took way too long to get to our table and take our orders. We ordered an appetizer, but we never received it and were not charged for it. Half of our party ended up not placing orders and leaving because of the amount of time it took our server. The food was actually pretty good, but the experience would have been much better with better service. The restaurant lost out on a lot of drink and food orders, because they were not ready for business."
