"This review is for the Popup Poutine stall. Before you dig any further into this short review and its 3-star rating, the reader should know that (1 this was the first time my wife and I ever had poutine and (2 we may very well not be fans of it, in general. We ordered the traditional poutine with meat sauce (they also have a vegetarian option for about $20 and waited roughly 10 minutes for it to be prepared. It looked great and filling, which it very much was, but was unfortunately somewhat cold/lukewarm. Our low rating is due to thinking that the fries were not fresh, the sauce not being particularly meaty, and the temperature. Perhaps poutine is traditionally served this way, but it's unfortunately not something we'll likely order again. Our general impression of all the restaurants (we've been here two times before for boba, sushi, banh mi, and popcorn chicken here is that the food and signs look great, food tastes not as great, and is far on the pricey side with a startling high minimum tip choice (about 15% . Come here mostly for the modern, small food court feel and a hang out with friends. :"
