"Okay, so, my son wanted to return to pink for over a year and it wasn't disappointed. it was delicious! our waiter was very sincere with us. he answered all our asking and was a refreshing change from servers we got. eating. we had the birria tacos and queso for apps. tacos were very good, we could have eaten 3 more. the queso was more cream this time than cheese, it was good, but the last time was better, still torn it though. I had the queso enchiladas in mol sauce (omg! so good! and my son had the brisket enchiladas. I am surprised that his eyes remained in his head, because he kept rolling them and after each said “so good”. we also had the burrachas frijoles, sautéed spinach and Mexican rice. the maize side we didn't care, but that's just us. dessert was tres leche(I will be honest, it was a little dry, but the whip cream and budge with it? yum! and churros, who were very tasty, but I was too full to finish. we were there on a Sunday morning, so it was very nice, and we enjoyed watching the people windows. we love Rosa’s and remember to try all their steadfasts so we can see what we like best."
