"Food is never consistent. Tostones were super salty and Pernil was dry. They brought the food and green sauce was spilled all over the bag. They buzzed wrong apartment and then they took the food back to restaurant. It was raining and when they broughtit back it was all wet and cold. They didn't even have the common sense to change the bag. Also delivery guy got mad cause hehad to come back and was alittle rude. I told him straight up to talk to shorty who answers the phone and that's not my problemhe had to come twice. He said he's all wet, I said it's water you're not gonna melt. This place is a hot mess. I wouldn'trecommend this place to anyone and won't ever eat there again.????"

"On Sunday May 1st, I gave this restaurant a 5 star only because the one waitress, for 27 guests gave us her all!!! She was fast getting our food. Unfortunately, Management was there but did not help her with refills, napkins, extra side orders. Management would have seen that the cooks placed a cold side dish on top of a very hot fajita plate, making the items inedible!! I must say the food was very tasty. I did not have to add any seasoning to the food. Management needs to step it up!! Way to go #1 waitress!!"

"I tried this place for the first time today. I ordered the blt, said it was coming on Cuban brot, but if I got that sandwich, it was only standard white bread. I also ordered the bordered greens, they charge $7 for a small cup. "Food was decent but for the price, portions were pretty small. 3 small street tacos (no additional items) hardly qualifies for a main course. We all left hungry because none of us wanted to wait an hour to order more food. Service was ridiculously slow, didn’t receive my drink until after we had finished our meal and the meal didn’t come out particularly quickly. Ambiance- I guess they’re going for more of a club vibe, but I don’t know anyone who wants or needs strobe lights when they’re eating. Maybe I’m just boring. If you’re over 22, this may not be the kind of experience you’re looking for."

"we always enjoy eating in labebe and last night was no different, but at the last 2 locations, the service was best moderate. After we sat last night, it was 10 15 minutes before we were even offered water for drinking. the drinks (ironed, nothing exciting) took a long time to arrive. when we ordered, we felt compelled to start eating and order meal at once, because we were not sure when we would bless the waitress again. it seemed like there was 1 waitress for the entire restaurant. the only thing that happened quickly was that they brought us the leak, and then the waitress was in a hurry to pay us, even though it was almost 9 o'clock and nobody waited for a table. everyone enjoyed their meal, but the service really lacked what was regrettable"

"This is a tried and true go-to for my boyfriend and I when we are looking for a delicious place to eat in West Portal. Yummy Mexican food that is really reasonably priced. They bring you house made tortilla chips and house made roasted salsa. Both fresh and delicious. The salsa is spicy HOT, so be careful. It's not for the faint of heart. The entree portions are huge. The decor is super fun and festive. I could seriously stare at all the colorful chachkis for hours. The staff is really friendly and attentive. They make you feel really welcomed. Lastly, it can get busy here, especially at dinner time. There may be a wait, but it's definitely worth it."

"We recently had our sons christening at Spanish Tavern of Mountainside and one word to describe it: amazing ! The food, service, attention to detail, availability for decor setup. Everything. Planning was simple and easy from the beginning thanks to Monica and Isaias. They made sure we saw everything through so that the party was exactly how we wanted. The amount of food and delicious drinks available in the party package was out of this world. Everyone is still talking about it a week later. The sangria was a 10/10 for everyone ! "How this restaurant is rated as high as it is has got to be a mystery. One is greeted with a parking lot with potholes and uneven pavement. While chips do come to the table warmed, the ?salsa? is tomato sauce with a dash of hot sauce. The steak in my burrito was so salty, I?ve probably developed high blood pressure. Others of my party ordered quesadillas but all they received were glorified soft tacos: meat folded into a flour tortilla. Nothing else. No cheese or anything to cut the salty flavor. Yuck."

"I ordered a taco salad just enough from a court. So I thought. I prefer QDoba's now. I always give Tomatillos a chance and it's always a disappointment. 1. Taco bowl was burned and tasty 2. Meat was very thin pieces 3. There was no cheese that probably had to ask for him with a supplement) 4. The man who was prepared not to use gloves and his hands on the same towel he wiped them after touching raw meat. This must be an OSHA red flag."

"I asked for order #5. The enchiladas looked and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time. The two tacos were supposedly tripas, it was five pieces of fat. I was so dissapointed and disgusted. The people that take the order is so rude. She almost threw the bag at me and shut the window quickly. same personality as the kids from Don Taco down the street."
