"Unfortunately, this restaurant has declined in quality over the past year. It used to be one of my favorite coffee spots. As a disabled person who doesn't drive, I have been ordering through DoorDash. Last week, the biscuits and gravy were stale and hard. I was also informed that they will be charging extra for drinks without ice, which is okay with me even though I haven't encountered this policy elsewhere. However, they still added ice to my drink despite my request and forgot to include the creamer I paid extra for. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience."
