"They don't acknowledge their loyal customers, so I won’t ever be coming back here again. I spent so much money in this place and they want to tell me 2 weeks later when I come back because they were closed awhile for holidays that their system was down and they didn’t charge me for an $8 product over 11 days ago. Of course, I paid, but that says a lot about the business. It wasn’t even about the $8, which is pocket change money, it’s about the principle of things to tell me this 11 days later to remember throughout all the holidays about this $8 charge when I come back in the store and not feel embarrassed telling me this when I have been a customer for years. Not a way to run a business. I understand something that was expensive but you will really confront me about an $8 charge that is your fault your system was down. I spent way more money in that place than $8, but now I’ll be spending $0. I really suggest this business rethink the way they conduct things. Being money hungry like that to customers for many years won’t help your business strive. Everything gets noted."
