"As soon as I walked in I said hello to the three employees behind the counter who were all women and I did not receive a warm greeting in return. They just all stared at me. The cashier with the the red hair was very lifeless and had an attitude when I asked her about the ingredients and had some questions about the menu. I have a health condition and there are certain foods I can’t eat. I was still polite but I could tell she was getting annoyed so I just asked her what she recommended. She suggested the salmon panini and told me it came with a sauce. As I was waiting for my food I tried to sit in a chair that was by one of tables and it was so uncomfortable I just preferred to stand up until I saw a bench near the door. The smoothie was ok it had a weird after taste and the panini was good but it was very small especially for the price. Small enough to be for a kids meal. And the cashier forgot my sauce so that was a bummer because I couldn’t go back because I was on my lunch break. Idk if this is a black owned business but if it is this is why we get a bad rep the customer service and professionalism always seems to lack. Probably won’t come back here."
