"the worst customer service and dessert food I have in all bay areas. I'm so disappointed. the menu was completely harmful in comparison to the actual product. there were literally 20 tapioca balls and a few odours in my mandelsuppe, despite what the menu offered. not to mention that the workers had to do the eier puppet three times because they were probably darkened because of unclean puffmakers. After I had requested the first remake and had explained the puffs for my children, the female worker had given me uncooked egg puppets, as I asked the remake a second time, the female worker and the male worker rolled their eyes on me as if I were an annoying. the casser rested on the fact that it was caused by dizziness of the diligent, which is not made sense. I tried the way and wise how the egg buffers were made and gave my thought why the puff manufacturer created the darkening color and was completely released. I will not meet again, especially because of the bad interaction with the employees. I understand that misunderstandings are made as we are all human, but a company that cannot demonstrate and understand its ability to be open, the perspective of its customer is a company that I do not support. there are hundreds of dessert cafés in the bay area that would appreciate my business."
