"Samurai Sushi opened in 1998, I started working at Aerojet in 1999. I have essentially been a customer for 23 years. The fish is always very high-quality. The weight staff is very good and attentive. At this point, I know the owner and his wife, and whenthey see me, they light up and greet me like family. The key thing for me is consistency and the quality of the food and theyhit five stars on both. I had the same waiter from 1998 until maybe a year ago in 2020. I have never seen a restaurant keepstaff that long so they must be doing something right."
