"Terrible communication. I needed a cake so I inquired almost 2 weeks in advance, since I wasn’t receiving an email I called for a follow up twice. First time they said to give it more time since whoever is responding to emails just went to their office to do so. Second time I called they said they will let them know that I have called. Finally get an email only for them to say that they aren’t taking new orders since they are out of the country. If they are out of the country then why not tell your employees to communicate that to us instead of giving me the run around. Also how are you out of the country if your employee said that you are in your office responding to emails? Waste of time, do not trust these people"
