"Occasionally, I 'll stop by this place for food or drinks, and I 've typically had a great experience with the staff and the food. However, on my last visit, I was looking in the back for a specific set of supplements and had a very rude experience. The staff member working at the time asked if I needed help, and when I responded, no, I 'm just looking, she glared at me. When I found what I was looking for, I couldn 't reach it on the shelf, and when I looked over to her, she said, are you just going to look at every bottle? I said, no, but I can 't reach that one and pointed to the item. Shortly, she asked me to leave, saying, OK, you can just go now and when I gestured at the item on the top shelf, she said, no, just go. Good food, but had an incredibly disrespectful customer experience."
