"we have spoken for our jubilee. had a great time with friends. our waiter benjamin was friendly and punctual. the atmosphere is a little dated, but what one would expect from an dining room on the square. that said it was great to feel nostalgic and romantic at the same time. the food was very good and again a throw, so it is hard to compare with the modern kitchen. we had the surf and turf special that was delicious. the sauce on the steak was the standout. the lobster bisque was my favourite course. I had it first with the bread variety that was also delicious. the sorbet palette clean and chocolate strawberries were great. we had both chocolate and grand marine soufflés. they are good, and the house has brought us a bit of rich chocolate to celebrate our jubilee, which was beautiful. the price was quite high, but we had a great experience."
