"I have been to a few Fosters locations before and have always enjoyed their burgers, as well as their fries. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. The fries were subpar, almost like eating cardboard - I couldn't even finish them. The service was also lacking, as they brought out only part of our order and we had to ask for the rest. I ordered a 1/2 pound cheeseburger with fries, but they forgot the fries. Additionally, my wife ordered onion rings as an appetizer and I got 10 mild boneless wings with blue cheese. My wife's 1/4 pound cheeseburger was disappointingly small. To make matters worse, despite ordering at 6:05, another group that arrived after us received their food first. Our meal didn't come until 6:30. On a positive note, the wings were tasty once they arrived, and the staff quickly made our missing fries. The onion rings were also enjoyable. Although I may give Fosters another chance in the future, I hope they make improvements to their service and consistency."
