"It sounds like cliche, but really if I could give them zero stars I would...I am a patron of bagel places for last 25 years and they're some great, good and not so good ones... this one is a disaster..! It was our first visit and last visit same time. The staff was very unfriendly. We got there at 10:30am, the shelves were empty not much left to choose from, to their defense they said another batch is almost ready if we would wait a couple minutes, which we choose to do. Waiting for 15 minutes, we are looking around place, where to seat it was dirty, there was a live cricket strolling around the tables dirty tables, dirty coffee machines, rugs, used Band Aid on the floor, garbage can with big opening right next to the table with flying flies around one word disgusting.!!! For a full picture, when we walked in the store, it was completely empty, morning rush was over the staff hade plenty of time to straighten up the place. (to my opinion and experience from other extremely busy places which they kept their facilities in order, clean and treated us always with a smile, didn't matter how busy they were..! Also I can only drink just decaf coffee, they said to our shock that they don't have it, claiming that nobody drinks it in the area where 90% are senior citizens with health issues, I highly doubt that excuse..!Finally after waiting for 15 minutes we got our bagels, which were feeling and looked like undercooked and raw (see the pictures I am posting here to confirm everything what I'm saying , to learn when we brought it back to manager/owner, her excuse was that day needed to rest longer time (just thought why you serving not done or not enough time rested bagels to the clients, bagels which are not having satisfying and required quality ?!? She said she can give me another one which was another 10 minutes later (by this time to her opinion they should be rested enough , so we expected those going to be rested and in perfect shape it was absolutely no difference, they felt undercooked almost raw in the middle couldn't eat them as I said that was our last visit we absolutely not recommending this place..!!!This is one of the franchise stores and by the gentleman (who was also waiting and seeing what was happening , this place is not good and he recommended two different places in the area one from same franchise, another private bagel place which he prefers and we definitely will try next time never going back to this one...!!! ? ?"

"Terrible food and even poor customer service. I ordered a cold tuna on Dutch bread and the female employee looked at me as if she had no idea what I'm talking about. Another employee had to tell her I ordered from the cold sandwich board. Then I had to repeat what I wanted on my sandwich to her four times. Light Mayo, light mustard, salad, tomatoes and pickles is just what I demanded. I ordered another sandwich from the cold menu, Turkey on Dutch crunch with light Mayo, light mustard, salad, tomatoes and no pickles. The first employee told me that there was no Dutch crunch bread anymore and asked if I would wait for new bread to finish cooking. I said no. I then watched the first employee look on the last Dutch crunch bread on the rack and it seemed hard like a skirt. Nevertheless, the employee still made my tuna sandwich. The second employee took the rest of my order, two meals with the sandwiches. I was told that there are only three choices from the well-driving machine. None of them were interested in drinking. I asked if I could get two doses of soda instead of for the same meal deal. The second employee said no and I asked if everything together was a lot of a cost difference. The employee has canceled my entire order without a word. I was charged as follows: 1 Cold Tuna Sandwich $8.99 1 Cold Turkey Sandwich $8.99 2 Chips (1 3/8oz Bag) $5.38 2 Can Sodas (12 FL oz) $5.98 Total $31.43 So... after rudeness; I paid for my meals. When I asked about another separate bag, the first employee acted as if he didn't want to give me the extra bag. When I came home (10 minutes later), I noticed that my tuna sandwich was hard as a sting stone. The Dutch crunch bread was so hard that the tuna, Mayo and mustard do not even begin to make the bread soft or soggy. I couldn't eat my sandwich. I was very disappointed and hungry. I never go to this place again. The buyer is warned!"
