"This is my first time to Braum’s. The wonderful man in the regular check out was great. Kind and courteous. The guy who gave me my burger was rude and inconsiderate and did not care how my burger was wrapped. 02/02/2023 #98 at about 7 pm at night. I will not be back. I did not order anything but a burger. Not a great impression. I wish I could give 5 stars for the wonderful guy at the regular check out. I liked him. I did not get anything but a burger but he was kind"

"Worst customer service from the form the store manager after I told her the coffee was not good an it was cold the creamer was expired from 2/3/2022 today is 2/27/2022 and asked her for a regular cup so I could get water and she refused to give me one she said she could make a new pot of coffee, but I told her l would rather just have some water now and she just gave me a small water cup and walked away"
