"We live less than five minutes away from this restaurant, and I've had multiple frustrating experiences here, including tonight. I attempted to place a pick-up order after my partner got off work, but no one answered the phone. When someone did pick up, they hung up almost immediately. Talk about poor customer service! I feel like I’m a fool for giving them another chance, since this isn’t the first time this has happened. Additionally, on the last two occasions we visited, our orders were incorrect, and our sandwiches were just hastily thrown together. Despite our complaints, we still chose to give it another shot. Tonight, when I finally got through, they acknowledged that the staff should be answering the phone."
