"Food was terrible and completely disappointing. I got sick within an hour of eating and my husband and child were not far behind, sick all night into next day. I contacted the restaurant the next day and an unfriendly manager, Josh wasn 't too enthused to take my call. He was less than helpful and said the General Manager would contact me within the next day or so, which did not happen. The pasta was undercooked. Baked Haddock and Shrimp Scampi were the other entrees. The service, not to any fault of the server, was less than acceptable Chris did his best to take care of multiple people with what appeared to be no additional help. There was one server for most of the restaurant. Several times, the front desk was left empty we watched two sets of customers come in and leave because they waited so long to be seated. Several tables were not cleared for the whole time we were in the restaurant. This restaurant used to be my child 's favorite, mainly because of the make it yourself ice cream sundae even he said, I think this will be the last time we eat here ; it was that bad."
