"The service is inconsistent. The wait staff did not have a good handle on answering questions about dishes. We ordered dessert and then waited over twenty minutes before being told the main ingredient of their only two main desserts was out. The other dessert was described three times in three totally different ways. All of which were wrong. A different server asked to put our “doggy bag” boxes in a bag. Then he proceeded to pull down his mask and lick his fingers before picking up the plastic bag. We stopped him immediately. Out prior time at the restaurant had great service but this time was terrible. Inconsistent. Ignored. Poor knowledge. Out of main dessert ingredient which would have been easy to purchase. We will go to a different Chinese restaurant before returning since we can’t depend on the quality of the service"

"It was clear to us that this restaurant was poorly managed from the moment we walked in. Our reservation was at 8:15 and we didn’t sit down until 8:50 after we spoke to the manager twice. Once we finally were seated we didn’t get water or our drinks until 30 min after when we spoke to the GM. Our entire section had major issues and were loudly complaining to management. Two tables ended up walking out because their food took so long bc the waiter forgot to put their order in annnd they spoke to management three times. The GM ended up serving us our food but customer service still was lacking and our concerns weren’t acknowledged. I always try to give grace to ppl in the restaurant field bc it truly is a hard job but this restaurant has terrible communication and poor management. needless to say I would never return or recommend anyone to eat here."
