"Made a small catering order for pickup at 8 AM. Showed up at 8 AM the following morning for pickup and the open sign was on, but the door was locked, no one was at the drive through, and no one was answering the phone. People had come before me and gotten food (they were outside eating and I spoke with them). After persistently calling them, we finally got through at 9 AM and got our food at 9:15 AM. Unreliable service."
