"Whoever the young person is who likes to refer to customers as "my guy" needs some customer service training. I spent $30 on takeout and when I asked for salsa as I was leaving, he told me it was out front. I clarified that I meant the little takeout containers, to which he responded that those were for drive-thru orders. When I questioned the difference, he explained that napkins could be included in takeout bags but not the pre-filled containers, which were for drive-thru use. He insisted that I could fill them at the chip bar, but I argued that they should be available for both drive-thru and takeout orders. He dismissively stated, "I've been working here for a long time, my guy." Disappointed by this interaction, I have decided to take my future takeout business to one of the nine other Mexican restaurants down the street that do not argue with customers over providing salsa. This incident occurred on 7/12/22 around 8pm, with a young employee wearing a red hat and longer hair manning the counter and drive-thru. It's a shame that he lost a customer over a mere 50 cents worth of salsa."
