"After several lunches and dinners at Bullion, I can say that this is easily one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas. I love the Parisian Brasserie decor and dinner must start at the bar for expertly mixed specialty cocktails and a full bar including some French spirits you rarely find outside of New York or San Francisco's finest. Service was friendly and attentive and your conversation is not drowned in kitchen noise or loud music. An upscale clientele, but not flashy and definitely not stuffy. Good menu selections don't disappoint.."
