"Food is pretty OK mostly, though some items are terrible (skip the bland pizza with acidic sauce). The main issue is that they're massively understaffed and take far too long to move orders, especially during the lunch hour. Some days it's impossible to get a lunch here on your lunch break. They also have no ventilation, so it is always extremely smokey inside. This place could be so much better if only someone higher up in the chain knew how to improve it."
