"I’ve always went to kfc as a kid, but now I know why hardly anyone goes there. Not sure if dine in is open anymore, but they do have order online and pickup in store. You literally just walk in and grab your order. The staff doesn’t speak or acknowledge you so anyone could walk in and just grab an order as they please and the staff wouldn’t even know if it’s their food or not. One of my orders were wrong so they remade my order right in front of me, even though it was handled with care, you could clearly see the stations were dirty. I’ve been a kitchen manager and those stations were not up to par. You could see the food build up in the stations. I’m surprised I didn’t get sick. But hey! I paid for my order online, was super hungry, and I wasn’t going to put myself through the hassle of a refund."
