"I bought 1/2 dozen donuts for= knew they'd be excited to have donuts for breakfast. I got Angel creme dusted, Angel creme sugared, chocolate frosted, chocolate glazed, yellow glazed and jelly. They were all stale beyond words. The yeast donuts were so dry we mistook them for cake donuts. We tried nuking a couple to soften them up. It made them warm but they were still as dry as the bottom of a bird cage. I was so mad and embarrassed. They weren't cheap either. I will never ever buy Dunkin again. Pastries this dry and stale should be sold as paperweights"

"This location has really improved over the past year. People are very friendly, the in-stock is so much better than a year ago. I use the Dunkin Donuts mobile app almost daily and a year ago everyday there was something missing from my order. It's rare now to have to alter my order. They currently are a test store for a breakfast empanada. In my opinion this is the best product that Dunkin Donuts has put out in a very long time. Easy to eat on the go, unlike the Taco. Has great flavor. The filling is the right amount and there is everything that's supposed to be in there. If Dunkin Donuts doesn't make these available as a regular menu item, I'll be very disappointed."

"As president of the local community at Rv Park, where I live, I get two dozen (at least) sorted donuts a week. I was not disappointed with the quality and taste of their donuts, as I changed to them this year. Your coffee drinks and frozen hot chocolate are just when you need a pick-up. They are always busy and it's easy to see why. The people at this point in Wachula, go out the way to make sure you take care."

"I occasionally go to Naugatuck dunkin and always have a nice experience. This time was a very funny visit, as the employees were surprised when I ordered a hot chocolate with a turbo shot. Even though it's been for many years, it's a hidden gem like no one at the place k ew what it was, but really wanted to try it. As always, I get my two coffee rolls with it and now and then a few donuts on the side. Can't go wrong with hot chocolate with espresso. Who didn't try it should. You will like it very much."

"I gave only this place two stars because we are there, like 20 minutes before they closed and they had no donuts, which were ready, which did not make any sense, because they were not closed at the moment and when I asked them where the donuts are? they said they closed, but not yet for another 20 minutes there was a budding child who just wanted to go early! So they have closed everything early so that they should close only half an hour earlier, so that people do not drive an additional 2 to 3 mi just to say that the load is closed when it is not cool what happened to dunkin donuts they speak good place to go and they always had good donuts hope that the manager reads that!"

"I use the dunkin mobile app. They always have my coffee ready before I get there, and I know that's the whole point of the app but I walk in literally 2-3 minutes after placing my order on the app and its ready EVERY time, like clock work. "Not bad. For the most part I've had good experiences here however it says on here that they close at 10pm, so I placed an order online for pickup at around 9:15pm. When I went to pick it up saw they were closed. When I went back in the morning to show my receipt and the time I ordered as well as the time it says they close on here they refused to give me my order nor a refund. Please update store hours. Besides that debacle they have been great."

"This Dunkin' is pretty good! It gets *crazy* busy sometimes, so I always order ahead. They do a pretty good job of making sure mobile orders are ready on time. My only complaint is that your mobile order will be all ready to go but it'll be sitting behindthe counter where you can't reach it. I don't get why they don't put finished mobile orders on the mobile order rack. I'vewaited 10+ minutes for my stuff and it was sitting behind the mobile order rack the entire time. ????"

"From 7/27/2020 The lobby is open only for ordered orders via the DD app. Your passage is open as normal. We used the app and picked up our order from the small door / room in front of the lobby. Everything was contactless, clean and completely accurate in terms of our order that had special requests. The staff was friendly and you even stopped checking if we had received our order as we wanted. They had a huge thing of and sanitizer and tons of napkins available right next to their pick-up station. Great place and conveniently located next to a launderette."

"It is unacceptable for someone to use foul language when a customer is making a complaint. I could hear the employee making disrespectful comments in the background, which was completely unprofessional. I informed him that I could hear him and asked him to stop. This type of customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Fortunately, another employee came to assist me and rectified the situation in a professional manner, without the rude behavior and attitude of the previous employee. It is unfortunate that one employee behaved in such a manner, as it does not reflect the professionalism of the other employees. Customers should never feel intimidated or belittled when requesting corrections to their orders. Dunkin' Donuts must address this issue with the employee in question."

"I'm just going in a blue moon, so it's annoying. I work in an office, with an in-house coffee machine, so sometimes to lunch, I want a coffee, maybe a donut or two. and joel was inconspicuous to me. when I say he went beyond and beyond, I mean it. very glad that there are people like him who make the afternoon as pleasant as possible."

"Pretty gross all around. The purple hair manager(? was rude, the young man working the window wasn't helping at all, the young blond girl barista was the only one doing anything. The purple hair women took my cash and then started labeling cups, but was sticking her finger inside the cups without washing her hands. No one was wearing gloves. Maybe if they weren't all on the ground?..there must if been 5-6 random filled/ half filled drink everywhere. .My drink was terrible, I threw it away at a gas station on 90 and bought a coffee at McDonald's"

"We stopped at this Dunkin' on our journey from Burlington to Lake George, and it turned out to be a great coffee spot in an area with limited options. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the store was very clean. I noticed another employee tending to the restrooms, which were also well-maintained. The selection of donuts was a bit limited, but that's really my only complaint. They offer WiFi, making it a fantastic spot to get some online work done, especially since my cell service was spotty in such a rural area. Another highlight is the stunning mountain view from the parking lot. It would be wonderful if they could add a small terrace with picnic tables back there. Overall, this Dunkin' exceeds many others I've visited."
