"I have been eyeballing this establishment for months now because I got an awesome job opportunity down the street. After work today, I decided to give it a try and ordered the pork belly Ramen along with the lettuce wrapped pork belly. The Ramen was so flavorful and the pork belly was nice and tender. The lettuce wraps were so delicate but packed with so much flavor. I'm not sure what the sauce is, but it has a little kick to it, and I love it. The restaurant itself has its own flair and style in a unique way. It's a pretty neat place if you ask me! Little side note though, you probably shouldn't wear earbuds while taking orders. Kinda makes it hard to hear the customer. Overall, it's an awesome place though! Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention that one lettuce wrap didn't make it home..."
