"Server did not check on us. My entire party received their food, I ordered a salad at the same time and I never got my order. I had to go track down a hostess to inquire about my food as it was going on 10:00pm and I had not received my salad. The server saw me at the hostess stand and had an attitude about me asking the hostess about my food; even though she had not come back to check on our table. Once she returned to my table, she still did not have my salad and blamed it another server/kitchen staff by saying someone else must have taken it Even so, she would have known I did not receive my order if she had come back to check on our table. Personally, I don't think she even entered my order. In the end I never got my salad or any food for that matter, or an offer to compensate me for the the extreme inconvenience. I will not come back, and they were not busy and with service like this, I can see why."

"Came to town for a weekend getaway and decided we would all get an igloo at Drinks were great, but slow service considering there weren't many people there. We were worried about meeting the minimum spend it was happy hour when we attended and the drinks were cheap, so we decided to order the creekstone long bone tomahawk ribeye as a carryout item as our igloo time limit was almost up. Our server told us that it should feed people. We paid our bill and took our carry out items to go. Upon returning to our AirBNB, we realized that the steak was nowhere near oz. and could probably only feed people.Called the manager up on the phone and sent him a photo of the steak and he said it was unacceptable and would refund us for the steak. Our server also never told us gratuity was already included there were system issues splitting up the bill so nobody ever saw the actual check until afterwards and didn't realize there was already a tip included within the total. Our server never mentioned it and it doesn't say gratuity would be included with the igloo on the website. We all tipped additionally on top of that. With the steak getting taken off of our bill, our server walked away with an tip. Nice guy, but we feel like we got robbed"

"Steaks are always wonderful! Chris Made it right tonight when my steak was off, it was nothing the chef did, nothing the owners did, nothing the managers did, it was just an off cut of meat. It smelled wonderful, and my Son and Boyfriends steaks were as usual tender and seasoned to perfection. I tried to tell our wonderful waitress and the manager,…Chris, everything was great, it was just something with that one piece of meat. 10 oz, of smell wonderful, grilled to perfection steak, that was just not like the others I have had that my knife usually slid through like butter. I am a faithful customer and will be back. This place is wonderful!"

"Had a small catfish dinner with slaw, green beans, and a roll. Glad I didn't order the large! 2 Hand-sized filets perfectly fried. Tartar sauce tasted great, I suspect homemade. Green beans, I just didn't need more starch, they were canned but served hot. I'll be back for more from Captain Jack's!"

"$100 worth of pizza burnt to a crust! What a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. We went fowling and they had this place posted all over their walls because it's nearby. I wouldn't recommend feeding this to your dog or any human."
