"I feel like I’m late to the party with me just now finding out about this place. We’ve already ordered 4 times through DoorDash/Grubhub, and 1 time for pickup. EVERY single time the food is packaged neatly, hot, and fresh. No complaints whatsoever. Try the big breakfast platter, chicken salad, chili cheese fries, Reuben sandwich, tater tots, hot dogs, pancakes, and garden salad. These are just a few items that I have had from them and all were really good. The menu variety makes it a great pick for everyone. Customer service is also great. If you want a place that’s AFFORDABLE for the whole family, GOOD PORTIONS, TASTY food, and GREAT customer service, then North Point Cafe is it."

"The restaurant is located conveniently off Bowen Road, across from Tom Thumb. The parking lot is very small and cramped. When I ordered a slice of pie, the waitress handed it to me in a broken Styrofoam take-out container. Unfortunately, the food made me sick and I'm not sure if it was due to cleanliness or a bad experience. One waitress was rude while the other was very professional. Overall, I probably won't be returning. The food was hot, but the biscuits were missing and my stomach felt off after the meal."

"The first time went and it was absolutely delicious. My mother and I went to lunch at 4 and all were very nice to check on us and make small conversations with everyone. You can definitely say that the staff is working hard here. We got the appetizer sampler, a cup of chili, crab parm, fried chicken and sides. The crab Parm was really amazing and the chicken, and the sampler was so full when we got to the main meal we already knew we need takeaway boxes for home lol! The chili was some of the best I had. I would have taken pictures of the food, but it looked too good not to dig as soon as it hit the table. Will definitely come back to try more!"

"Wow! This place is amazing. I found it on Google and as I'm a fan of chicken fried steak I just had to visit. To say it is good, is an understatement. It was as if it came from grandma's kitchen. Homemade and delicious! The potatoes are real and the fried okra always amazing. There was a seasoning on it that took it over the top. Things to keep in mind: this location is small and there was only one waitress. This means that you might either have to wait for your food or for drinks. I felt that we were served really fast but a couple walked in and in less then 2 mins walked out as the waitress wasn't there to seat them right away. They missed out on one of the best homemade meals I've ever had."

"I ordered the mac and cheese bites as an appetizer and they were the best I've ever had! They had more cheese than macaroni. I also started with a cup of French onion soup, and every bite was incredibly decadent. I didn't want it to end. The staff was also very friendly. I love this place and will definitely be back whenever we are in Steamboat again!"

"I ordered my eggs on the huevos rancheros over medium they came out slimed white runny so much ? couldn't eat them. Gave it back to them them they didn't offer to fix it just offered something else and charged me for the raw food and fruit bowl I ordered to at least eat something. The gal appearing to be the manager could be heard saying she tried some of it and ate some so I'm charging for her for it. I ate three bites to try if I could stomach some cause it took 15/20 min for her to check on the food with us and woulda taken 20 min to get a new one. Sadly I as a local here I don't think I'll ever come back. Not the place I used to know anymore. Even my fruit was over ripe and sad. I was so excited to go out for breakfast for once and it wrecked the mood of the whole morning..."

"Patience is a virtue, especially at this restaurant. Despite the usual wait and crowded atmosphere, the awesome food, reasonable prices, and excellent service make it all worth it. I recently enjoyed a delicious seaside breakfast here, with standout dishes like the fried catfish, Sassy scramble, and shrimp and grits that will leave you wanting more. Overall, this spot never disappoints."

"I was disappointed today. The coffee was cold but the hot chocolate was so hot it burned my grandsons mouth. I ordered bacon extra crisp and I got some very floppy bacon. After I paid the bill I went to a store and I noticed my ATM card was missing. I got the receipt but I am not sure about the card. I went back and the waitress was not very helpful. She said she placed it on the counter. It's been an hour and I still cannot locate the card. I had to make her take my name and number just in case someone turns it in or it's found. I was just put out on the service. I still left a decent tip but I don't think I will go back anytime soon."

"We had to ask four times to receive our order, which was two fish sandwiches. Unfortunately, it still wasn't correct as we only wanted tartar sauce. Despite the mix-up, the food was hot and fresh. I decided to eat it anyway so as not to waste it. Surprisingly, we received our meal for free and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making up for the mistake. This exceptional service is why I am giving them 5 stars."

"Going to Dee? Diner in Goldsboro, NC, I didn't know what to expect. Of course this was my first dinning experience. The restaurant reminded me of a cafeteria without the buffet. There were weekday specialties with other options on the menu. The service was My meal consisted of Wednesday?s special: Baby Back Ribs (Pork) served with Yam Soufflé and sown salad along with a dress of sweet tea. The ribs were very delicate and tasty; the Yamsufflé could have been a little hotter and sweeter, as well as some of the sweet potatoes could have been smashed more; the salad tasted good. My strawberry cake was amazing. Overall, my dinning experience is good. I'd visit again."

"let me begin by saying that this was a double date of 4 of us, we are about 25 and felt that as soon as we went into us, we were treated like little children, the half of the party was delayed for 13 minutes. the waitress didn't even come over 10 minutes after her arrival, since someone who was my husband pregnant early had to drive up bar to ask for a glass of water, because it was 25 minutes before the server even past to introduce herself. we ordered the cheeseboard and ri calamari as appetizers, and two margaritas. the drinks took approx. 10 minutes and put cheeseboard to come over 45 minutes. we had waited at this place for about an hour for everything and we start to be frustrated. the restaurant was busy and that we were told to the cook, “has not had time to make cheeseboard and it came”. After what seemed as if all who came after us had got their full meal and we were finally delivered to the appetizer. the cheeseboard was about 3 types of cheese on which only was broken in the middle and the other two were about 4 slices (not to understand why it took so long or they let us order it if they were too busy to make it, not give us a head up, it takes almost an hour). about twenty minutes later our escaped came out and they were a bit cold and dry (as they sat for a while stopped). I wish the restaurant had been better prepared and had more than one server."
