"The soup had the thickness of canned condensed soup before adding liquid. My hotel room came with 2 complimentary appetizers, but when we asked about them they said they were not available at 4:40 pm. They were also out of crackers for the soup. It took about 40 minutes for our soup and sandwiches to arrive, and we never received cream for our coffee."
