"I work near by literally one block, I do Night Shift. I went at 5am on a rainy day, meaning it was slow. I ordered a chopped-cheese on a hero, I told him to season it with sazón he acted like he doesn’t know what it is, and he’s Mexican mind you. He was rude from the beginning and didn’t season the meat. He could have at least put some adobo but no.I still bought it just to avoid an argument and really violating someone cause I know myself. One hero sandwich consisting of 1 chopped up unseasoned patty, 2 slices of cheese, and unwashed lettuce $10.99. $3 dollar tiny bag of chips, can of soda $17.00. Ripoff. Don’t do it to yourself go elsewhere. I was hopeful to be a permanent customer since I work 5 days a week litterally across the street, but that will not be the case. -1 star, pure caca."

"I really enjoy Amias Sensitivessen. The food is great, a little pricey but definitely worth it. Unfortunately, the delivery driver accidentally dropped my jumbo ice cream coffee, but only admitted to the mistake regarding the sandwich. On 4/15/21, they were 10 minutes late with my order and didn't inform me about the delay. Amias charges $25.00 for 15 Buffalo wings, while other restaurants charge $13.00 for the same amount. One employee mentioned that the price increase was due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which was news to me as I didn't know chickens could get that virus. Perhaps chickens should wear masks. Just a thought. On 6/4/22, I placed a large breakfast order and the young lady who took my order did an excellent job ensuring everything was correct. Good customer service."

"It was full for lunch. We sat and after waiting for 10 minutes, the staff never came to the table. Looks like they can't treat many people. The waitress went to the table behind us and they sat behind us. They had coffee, water and a soft drink on the table and we were not recognized yet. Managers should really circulate and make sure their customers take care. Needless to say, we went out and we? not even stopped asking what the problem was. It's a shame because many people rave over this diner."

The server took a very long time to get the check on us. Speaking of what you're coming here, you're just taking cash. When I asked why it was a non-cash total, the employee reacted The credit card company paid 4% and the restaurant refused to pay. Leave the surcharge to the customer. I know many places do that, but the answer, the restaurant refuses to pay... the restaurant, I am sure, makes a lot where they can. Slow service with fraud fees. I don't recommend this place. That was just my experience."

"The place was right across my planet's gym where I've been 3 years, so I decided to try it. I have chicken and waffles, mozzarella sticks w/ sauce, chicken parmasean, pancakes with blue berries a strawberries from the brunch menu. Overall, it was a delicious meal. The only thing they have grounded was the pancakes that were not thoroughly cooked so we had to send them back. The waiter's attention was great so he wasn't guilty and I still tipped him well. The screwdriver drink I had with my brunch special was quite strong so I like it. The place was clean and there were many people. Waiting wasn't long for food. I will have gone back"

"My boyfriend and I were planning on going to IHOP but the parking lot was packed. We decided to give this spot a try instead, since it's right next door, and I do not regret the decision! Best Diner I've been to. Very quiet atmosphere, and extremely friendly. We were served by Nana and she was super sweet. Their French toast was amazing and they served delicious fresh fruit the hospitality of the staff was wonderful! : I'd definitely recommend to anyone visiting Staten Island for the weekend. They really made us feel welcomed and the food was made with love."
