"I want everyone to know that this low rating is unusual. It is usually very good. Yesterday just seemed to be a comedy of errors. There was so much happened that I'll won't be able to tell everything. 1st I ordered a cocktail and a water. The cocktail was very strong so I was going to have the waitress make two more drinks from that one, but she never came back to the table till all the ice had melted and watered it down, also I never received my water. After ordering our drinks we sat there for a very long time waiting to place our order. We had to ask a passing server to get her so we could place the order. We had to do this also to order our appetizers. I ordered my steak medium well but it was charcoal black. I also ordered a salad and asked for it before my meal but it never came until my meal was finished and I had to ask a different server for that as well. There was no salt and pepper on our table and of course our server never came around for us to ask. So my friend just got up and went to an empty table and took theirs. I would have pitch a fit and refused to pay but we were in a hurry to leave... I won't be back for a while."

"I once spent a day working at the main bakery and witnessed them selling bread that had fallen on the floor. It is concerning that they prioritize speed over proper hygiene practices, making the bread unsanitary regardless of how fresh or hot it may be."

"The food was good, but a bit disturbed by the lack of changing gloves between different tasks handling money and then packing food. However, customer service was incredibly warm and friendly. Also pleasantly surprised by the prices in SF."
