"This restaurant is part of a large chain that originated in northern California. I really liked the atmosphere, which I found to be a good match for Colorado Springs. The server was very friendly and efficient, and our food arrived hot and fresh. I ordered eggs Benedict with goose, while my wife had 2 eggs, 2 bacon strips, and 2 pancakes. The pancakes were large and were made with a sweet cream in the batter. We would definitely come back to this restaurant again."
