"don't get the Turkey dinner! it's the hot dog version of a turkey dinner! very rubbery texture and no taste. the filling had no taste and the engraving was pure salt. the personal does not care to provide qualitatiw high-quality customer service, as it is supported by the administration with just as bulky service. the customer is not always right in this device. Forbearance! the management refused to charge for dinner when I returned the dinner and did not eat it because I did not complain enough. below answer of the owner proves that the customer is not always correct in this device. the server did not ask twice how the things were and did not offer to get the manager for us at the departure. bold face lies! actually the table next to us complained about the service! I recommend looking for and visiting a quality customer service program for the server as well as for the administration! regarding the refund, the manager said she would “try to see if she could not cancel the ticket”. this lack of trust in their ability to fulfill the task proves the rational behind me, do not want to return my credit card information so that it could calculate for all but my dinner. I think it's easy to understand that I didn't want to be accused twice if she didn't convey it knew what she was doing!"
