"we were all disappointed. the place is finally called absinthe, and they have a long list of absinthes to offer, including three flights. unless, of course, they actually want to order one. the could not actually pour out any of the flights listed because they were from one or more of the sorts. So, how about the cocktails, they have a nice list. but they could not make my first several decisions out of the camp again. So I finally decided for one that the waitress/bartender could recommend from the few who they actually had. it was well served in a unique single absinthe drinking glass. but be careful, they don't break the glass, it's the last and I have to charge them a lot for saying. she was apologetic about her lack of storage, but it seemed excessive for a place with an absinthe themen name and menu. looks like I might have been the only one who actually ordered it. we ordered the red beans and rice with a side of andouille. they were boiled over and could have come out directly, not to all tastes of the Cajun negotiations we expected. the andouille was a few slices over grilled, maybe it was a mild andouille hard to say. we also ordered the crawfish pasta. there were tiny crust fish and pieces of the same andouille, but the sawn sauce was more like cheese wheat. there was at least a little flavor and the taste was pretty good. I was a much heavier court than we expected from the description. there were some other things on the menu that sound good, but we are not likely back. we like Cajun/Kreolenfutter and I love absinthe! we're looking for them."
