"I don't want to write negative reviews unless I'm very dissatisfied. I first ordered from here today. It was about 9:00, an hour before closing. I have a big pizza and order of pommes and paid $28. The pizza was soggy, too much sauce. The inside didn't look clean. The dining room floor was blurred when I paid for my meal and it was sooo much food/trash woken up. Behind the counter needed cleaning. It looked like 9:00 the first time she cleaned all day. Overpriced food that doesn't taste good, as well as an unclean restaurant. I hope you use the review to improve and do better, but I will not be back. You never get a second chance to make a first impression."

"This place is absolutely wonderful! They serve delicious food and lots of it and always get the orders correct. The wait staff is always very friendly and helpful, making sure you have everything, refilling drinks, bringing go boxes, etc. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere. They are just lovely to my elderly grandmother as well, making sure to seat us where it's easiest for her as she can't walk well."

"Cheesesteaks were very good. Just edition, redeems 6 magnets for free Cheeze pizza... wouldn't they spend new magnets for the 7 cheese steaks we bought tonight? If they were separate visits, we would come a free pizza, but as they were redeemed while we bought, they won't spend. Lesson learned, but stupid thought process... They only irritated a customer who spent almost $100 on cheese steaks because we made the mistake of buying when redeeming."

"Always come for their pizza, its great. Ordered a cheesesteak and hoagie that came out to about $13 each. A little steep, but assumed it would be worth it. Both sandwiches came completely wrong. Missing and wrong ingredients. Super disappointing. I would maybe keep orders simple or stick to pizza."

"To start w/ our waitress was great how really great. She was kind, she had personality, she had a nice butt, and she was really good at her job. Basically everything you could want from a waitress at Hooters. So why not 5 stars? Well, the beer selection let me want a little, and the garlic fries were not very laborious. I got Fried Pickles and that was pretty good. I also ordered her 10 pieces of boneless wing, which was pretty good, but overpriced to me. That's why I knocked a star. I'd go back, yeah, sure, so I'd recommend that there should be an attempt."

"Great food, great quality, great value!. Wow! I recently used Ryan's cafe for a corporate catering event. The food arrived on time and was excellent, fresh and prepared perfectly. The detail was evident in the presentation of the food to anticipating utensils and condiments. When serving food to clients I usually do not hear compliments, but the group all had positive feedback on their meals. I have been ordering food for work events for several years and have never gotten this quality of food along with this high level of service at such a great value. I will definitely use Ryan's again and can't wait to see what the rest of the menu tastes like! ."

"Went today two families party of 8. Ordered food and drinks. 30 minutes later food arrives for 6 of us. Server says food for two of us will be there shortly. 10 minutes go by she comes back asks me what I ordered again said that’s what she thought. She forgot to put our orders in. Another 20 minutes go by they finally bring the last two dishes. Only mine was incorrect they put lettuce and tomato on the Texas cheese steak! We asked it be sent back mind you everyone in our party is done eating at this time. Another 20 minutes go by and they bring my plate back again they still didn’t make it properly in fact they just took as muck lettuce off of it as they could and melted cheese over it. This was not the only menu item that fell flat buffalo chicken burger was made wrong and I got cold coffee. They need to train their wait staff and kitchen staff to know what goes on their food. They weren’t busy either very few people in the restaurant. Needless to say my food went uneaten today. Will not be back."

"Bring Back Craft Beers! I will always rate Hooters of Cape Coral high because of the hard working staff! Recently management decided to remove all the Craft Beers. A terrible step backwards and a big mistake. It’s obvious that we now have “Big Beer” to deal with!!! It’s a shame that greed has entered the beer market taking away our choices. It all about money! I can’t drink domestic beer because it gives me a hangover. I suspect it’s the preservatives required to keep it on the shelf unrefrigerated for months. When Craft beers were introduced it gave me a choice to drink something that tasted great and had no hangover effects. Unbelievable that I can no longer enjoy my favorite sports bar along with a tasty, clean beer free of preservatives. I’ve been a regular customer since 2005! Now where do I go??? It really sucks!"
