"We arrived at 7:15 and saw a lobster Limo parked in front, just to find out that the entire dining room was reserved for a party about 12 16 teenagers perm. Okay, that's good, but close your reservations if the dining room is not available. They said they could sit next to us at the barbecue, in another room that had set up a band (I'm not sure what for... or outside on the terrace (where it was cool and rainy and have the same menu. We said the grill was fine. The barbecue is small and has a large bar for a small area that was very crowded with what I suspect was country club members or people from the neighborhood who were very loud and very drunk. A woman in the bar had her dog in her hands. There were 4 dirty tables around us and within 5 minutes the people were sitting next to us and let us say they were waiting for their food for 45 minutes. I was aware of the big party and thought well, maybe they have their food now and the kitchen can intertwine. And I was really hoping that the waiting staff for the grill was not the same waiting staff for the steakhouse... they had polo shirts and shorts. Besides the cartridges at the bar, we were the only table at this point. 15 minutes later we were not greeted by our waiting staff or brought water. A waitress finally came by and asked if we had helped. We said no and their answer was, "I am your girl." We asked about water and we try to decide at this point whether we wanted to stay or go. It's not very close to something else. 30 min later the appetizer finally arrives. Corn chips for Naan bread without explanation replaced, chips were terrible. The waitress came out before the appetizer came and said they were out of one of the two sides we ordered, so we decide something else. She comes out after the appetizer and says she's out of the 2. Pages we ordered and what we want. The check, please. We won't be back."
