"This is hands down the best restaurant I have ever eaten at in Colorado, not just in Colorado Springs. I have eaten at Michelin star restaurants in California, and I have been craving food like this since returning to Colorado. While I have found ok to good food in the Springs before, I have never experienced something as spectacular as this. I had heard great things about this place and finally went to try it tonight. It was the best meal I have ever had in Colorado. Even though the Michelin guide recently came to Colorado, they did not visit the Springs, which is a shame because this restaurant is worthy of consideration for a Michelin star. I ordered the boneless USDA prime ribeye with a white aged cheddar fondue added to the green brandy peppercorn sauce, and it was amazing. The bread pudding dessert (and every other course) was also fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant."
